Willie Roaf NFL HOF RTS - January 16th, 2016
Sent LOR, SASE and TC care of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Came back marked RTS. There was a forwarding address pasted over my address label and then another printed on the RTS strip that I'm going to try.
