I sent a LOR, SASE and a picture to Rowan Atkinson on 0/11/2018 and got my picture back unsigned on 01/19/2019. They attached a little note and a signed picture. I think it�s a pre-print.

However, we have pre-printed images of Rowan available - for these we just ask you to send us a stamped, addressed A5 envelope that we can use to post the picture to you.
