I sent a 4x6 photo to the address in the database and got it back signed today in black ink. The envelope was postmarked from Michigan
I also got back a hand written note from Mr. Temple thanking me for being a fan

AWESOME Lew Temple Success - 11 de septiembre de 2013
my first proper (not pre-signed) success from a walking dead cast member! sent to lew temple about 2 months ago (will find sent date later) sent a letter, 2 6X4 pics a return envelope and 5 dollars for return postage.
today i received (in a different envelope) my 2 pictures, a note from lew temple and an 8X10 pic which he added.
all signed and dedicated (with quotes from his character in the walking dead!)
