How to send your fan mail and autograph requests to Mary Black?:

If you want to request an autograph, follow the guidelines bellow. If you just want to mail a letter with the address above, and do not want anything back, then you can stop reading! If you live in Ireland send a properly stamped and self addressed envelope (minimum size 8.5" x 4") with your request letter and a photo. You can include a piece of cardboard to keep the photo from bending in shipping and also add "Do Not Bend" on the envelopes. Send your letter and wait. On average, there is going to be a 3+ month wait for a response. If you do not live in Ireland, add several* International Reply Coupons. The International Reply Coupons (IRC) will be used by the receiver to purchase irish stamps. You can only get them at your post office. Place the IRCs into the envelope, not on it. For more information on reply coupons click here. *For information on postage prices to receive a letter from Ireland click here.

Mary Black Success - October 17th, 2013
Mary Black is an award-winning Irish singer and one of the most popular stars of contemporary Irish music. She first came to prominence as a member of the Irish folk group 'The Black Family', which also featured her sister, Frances. During the 1980s she had a successful solo career, having recorded songs composed by the legendary songwriter Jimmy McCarthy. Amongst her most notable songs are 'Vanities', 'Carolina Rua' and 'No Frontiers'. She also appeared in a 1984 print advert for Guinness. She is often referred to in the hit puppet comedy A Scare At Bedtime, where the character of Rodge often speaks about his obsession with Mary Black. She is still active in the music business today. Sent 1 LOR, SASE and 2 photos to Ms. Black on 04/09/2013. On 16/09/2013, I received my photos signed.
